There's nothing scary about this clean energy pre-workout. No sucralose, no synthetic caffeine, no artificial dyes or preservatives.

It depends on your caffeine tolerance, but we recommend limiting to 2 scoops (or 1 scoop and 1 shot) per day. One scoop of pre-workout is 200mg of caffeine, comparable to 2 cups of coffee.

The electrolytes in our drink mix are made up of magnesium, sodium, and potassium. Pure water actually pulls minerals out of your body, but by having minerals in solution you replenish what you sweat out.
